No. We do not charge emergency surcharges, after-hours premiums, or holiday rates. The rate is the rate, whether you call at 2pm on a Tuesday or 3am on Christmas morning. That is the point of 24/7 emergency service — no penalty for needing help when emergencies actually happen.
We assess the situation first, then give you a complete flat-rate quote before touching anything. There is no diagnostic visit fee just to hear the number. If we uncover an additional problem during the job, we stop, explain what was found, provide a separate quote for that work, and you decide whether to proceed.
Cash, all major credit and debit cards, and personal or business check. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you have confirmed the work is done. For larger repairs such as full sewer line replacement or extensive repiping, we can discuss payment arrangements at the time of quote.
